Responsibility Statement

Throughout our worldwide operations, Tribac Leaf is committed to
a policy of social responsibility towards our customers, employees,
suppliers, partners and the community within which our companies
work.
The Tribac Board will direct each operating company to implement,
support and maintain the following programs and policies: occupational
environment, external environment, health and safety, fire prevention,
first aid and medical examinations, sub contractors control and
vehicle monitoring. All policies will be implemented in the companies’ offices,
factories and warehouses.
Where possible, the Tribac Group will endeavour to ensure that
good agricultural practices are maintained by growers and their
associations to ensure the integrity and sustainability of the
environment. Issues such as seed assurance, IPM, IPM safety, soil
and water protection, conservation of natural resources, reforestation,
farmer training and biodiversity programs will continue to be promoted
and encouraged among all farmers.
Tribac
Leaf will continue to be an equal opportunities employer and

We will encourage and support our staff in community development
and charity work. We will work within the laws and regulations
of each country. Tribac will not employ child labour in violation

to ensure that this policy is strictly adhered to.
The Tribac Group will ensure that all employees are made aware
of and remain committed to upholding all our programs and policies.
Each operation shall define programs, assurances and annual reviews
to ensure that there will be continuous improvement.
We will remain committed to all our policies and shall continue
to regularly monitor and adapt these policies to ensure that the
Tribac Group remains a good corporate citizen, which always strives
for continued improvement.
